A Walk Through A Woman's Life

Walk Through A Woman’s Life is a collaborative piece made with Coco Warner-Allen.

It is a walk through installation made up of a collection of stories about misogyny and patriarchy. The stories included are our own and also those of women close to us.

This piece is meant to raise awareness about how unacceptably common it is today, to live in a society where we keep being objectified, hyper sexualised and taken for granted, for the sake of being identified as female.

This collaboration started as Coco and I were discussing our respective work in progress which turned out being very similar in terms of content and intent. We then decided to gather our materials together to make one stronger piece. This later on resulted in us deciding to officialise our collaboration which gave birth to Creaming Strawberries
